With the increasing concern over community transmission of the Coronavirus in NSW, and in the interests of keeping your loved ones safe we have reintroduced visitor restrictions with immediate effect.

Most Fresh Hope Care Residential Care sites will continue to receive visitors (for the current time) limited to only one visitor to a resident each day for a duration of 30 minutes, and must be wearing a mask.

We suggest that if multiple family members or friends wish to visit, this should be coordinated over different days to avoid disappointment. We also ask for consideration of who you may have recently been in contact with when you visit. If you are feeling at all unwell, or have in the previous few days associated with anyone showing any symptoms of being unwell, we request you do not come in.

Our staff are continuing to comply with requirements to record details of visitors, check flu vaccination documentation and conduct temperature checks before entry to the facility can be granted.

During this time, we also ask that you limit outings for residents restricted only to those that are time critical and/or are related to medical care.

Fresh Hope Care remain very aware of the changing risks across the state and will continue to be cautious and compliant to help keep your loved ones safe.

You will see our staff wearing masks in the facility to further protect your loved ones.  You will be asked to wear a mask too when you visit.

Thanking you for your understanding and support.
