Fresh Hope Care have received updated advice from NSW Health for Green Hills Residential Service. Families will still only be able to have one visit per day but are now permitted to have up to two visitors for up to 1 hour per day. Masks are not mandatory to wear unless directed by staff members.

NSW Health advice requires that visits are to be made in separate areas. Therefore, if you are visiting a resident in a shared room, please contact Green Hills facility to make an appointment and we will arrange a room for your visit.

Any person who has visited Shepparton or any other area in Victoria that has had exposure to community transmission in the last 14 days will not be allowed into any Fresh Hope Care facility, regardless if they have a valid NSW/VIC COVID-19 border region resident permit. • Camden LGA

All Fresh Hope Care residential care facilities are able to accept care and support visits, providing visitors comply with the requirements as directed by staff. If you are uncertain about what visitor restrictions may be in place and the correct process, please contact the site directly for advice or visit the Fresh Hope Care website.

Residents continue to be able to leave the facility to attend small family gatherings. The size of a family gathering should be in line with current Government advice and physical distancing and hygiene measures must be adhered to during the visit.

To make arrangements for your loved one to attend a family gathering please contact the Site Manager/Director of Nursing. The details of the visit will be required and records kept about the location, number of people and the date of the visit.

Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding.

Should you have any questions about the visiting process or restrictions, please call ahead to the facility on (02) 4909 3400.
