We are delighted to announce that Natalie Cook commenced as Living Care’s Executive Director on the 7th August 2017.

Natalie comes to this role with extensive Christian leadership, operational and property development skills and a strong entrepreneurial capacity. Through a variety of roles, she has led multidisciplinary teams of technical, quality assurance and service delivery professionals. Her strengths include strategic planning and execution, cultural transformation and team building, commercial acumen and a disciplined approach to performance in value-centred organisations.

During Natalie’s first few weeks in the role, Graham Reed (former Living Care Executive Director) has introduced Natalie to Living Care’s staff, customers and ethos as they have travelled around the sites.

Natalie says, “I am very excited to be part of the Living Care team and am grateful to Graham for leaving me with an excellent foundation to build upon. I feel very blessed to be at the helm of this great organisation”.

Graham says, “To say that I will miss being part of this organisation sounds cliché – however for me there is a genuine sadness to be stepping away from Living Care at this exciting point in the organisation’s journey – however I am reminded from Ecclesiastes 3:1 that ‘there is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens’. My season has come to an end and I pass the baton on to Natalie and our team with every blessing”.
